25 Years of Street Fighter

Finished piece for the 25th Anniversary of Street Fighter - this is part of an online group show which will be featured on this blog sometime in the near future.  That red fabric... I like to think Ken's the one that got away!

Each illustrator got to pick a character and through some miracle, Ryu was still available. Lucky me!

Tale of the Bamboo Cutter - Finished

Ready to go for the Fairy Tales Show!

Plus more work-in-progress on some freelance stuff.

WIP - Tale of the Bamboo Cutter

More Work-In-Progress for another upcoming group show that's Fairy Tale themed!

Work Show

Two new pieces I've completed this week for a quick show that will go up at the end of June.  They're a bit of a tongue-in-cheek/tip of the hat to my full-time job.

Freelance Sketch Dump

I swear I'm alive, I just have a crap-ton of stuff happening simultaneously (isn't this always the case?) So here's some sketches from a project I'm currently working on:

Leon - Final?

...Hopefully the final version?

It could just be exhaustion as the deciding factor right now. Been sick for 10 days, so here's hoping I make a recovery soon!

7, 8, 9 - Zombies

A show I'm supposed to be making work for has been postponed for a month. So it's back to zombie pages for now! Here's pages 7, 8, and 9 so far.

WIP - Leon colors

More work-in-progress; just blocked in colors on the Leon: The Professional piece, starting to get some shadows in there as well.

Leon

Some sketches for the Crazy for Cult Show by Gallery 1988, which will be shown in NYC this time, instead of LA. I chose Leon: The Professional.

Sketched out the first one yesterday, ended up sleeping on it and right as I started work on it again, decided to go a completely different direction. Sorta insane when that happens!

More Zombie pencil pages

Just a few more pencil-pages for now.  Don't even attempt to read my chicken-scratch.
